KeeperPlus Terms of Use

Last Updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the KeeperPlus app on iPhone and Android ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. On iPhone, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. What KeeperPlus does

KeeperPlus helps you capture receipts and invoices, organizes the amounts and taxes they show, and produces reports and exports for your own bookkeeping. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice and does not file anything with the CRA on your behalf.

2. Your responsibility for your records

The app reads documents automatically and double-checks the results, but automated reading can make mistakes. Review every document before you rely on it, and keep the original records the CRA requires. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you file.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep access to that account secure. You can delete your KeeperPlus account and data at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other users' data, and no reverse engineering or automated abuse of our servers.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep KeeperPlus available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may update features and these terms; we'll post changes here and update the date above.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KeeperPlus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties or interest arising from information filed with tax authorities. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
